1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bvgame platform — including the website at bvgame.net, any mobile-optimised version, or any associated application — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the bvgame platform.

Your continued use of bvgame following the publication of any revised Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically. bvgame will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via their registered email address or an on-site notification, but such notification does not constitute a condition of your acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on bvgame, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, PSL, and other markets), live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger), slot games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to bvgame is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bvgame strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to enforce this age restriction.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where it is illegal to participate in online gambling or where bvgame is explicitly prohibited from offering its services.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the bvgame platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

bvgame reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your registration or use of the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or any other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide adequate verification within the timeframe specified by bvgame may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on bvgame. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your bvgame account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and notify bvgame promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bvgame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bvgame's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

bvgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. bvgame reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bvgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. bvgame does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. The standard minimum deposit is Rs 50 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bvgame wallet in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• bvgame does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• bvgame reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to involve fraudulent activity.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• bvgame targets withdrawal processing within one to two hours for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms.
• bvgame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as required by its licensing and AML obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bvgame offers various promotional offers and bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit multiple claims. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports bets and slot games typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and unused bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: bvgame reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend any account where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.

6. Betting Rules & Settlements

All bets placed on the bvgame platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game, as published in the relevant rules section of the platform. The following general conditions apply to all bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed by either party.
• bvgame reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or human error in odds compilation.
• Cricket bets are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In matches affected by weather or interruption, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results will be used where applicable.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. bvgame reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your bvgame wallet promptly following official result confirmation.
• Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with bvgame support within 14 days of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bvgame platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information to place bets.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players, bvgame employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered from the player's account.
• Engaging in any conduct that bvgame reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the bvgame platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your bvgame account, or using a bvgame account belonging to any other person.

8. Responsible Gaming

bvgame is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that the bvgame platform is used solely as a form of entertainment. Gambling should never be viewed as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

bvgame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Set time alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bvgame platform — including but not limited to the bvgame brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bvgame or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bvgame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bvgame content without the prior written consent of bvgame.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bvgame shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bvgame platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, delay, or interruption in data feeds used for live betting markets.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the bvgame platform for purposes other than entertainment.

bvgame makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. bvgame will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bvgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Any conduct that bvgame reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of its platform or other players.
• Request by relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon termination for breach, bvgame reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where termination is not due to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their bvgame account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bvgame holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through bvgame's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

If you have a complaint regarding the bvgame platform or the settlement of a bet, you should in the first instance contact bvgame's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. bvgame will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bvgame's licensing authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bvgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page. Where changes are material, bvgame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the bvgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.
